Joe Dee joined Cadent in 2007. Prior to joining Cadent, Joe worked in the corporate M&A group at Royal Dutch Shell in Houston. Joe was raised in Southern Illinois working as the fourth generation in his family’s oil business.

He is currently a director of Liberty Lift and Sherwood. He served as a director of Pipeline Supply & Service prior to its sale in 2013. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Houston Private Equity Association and is a member of the Houston Producers Forum, the Houston Energy Finance Group and the Pipeliners Association of Houston.

Joe holds a B.S. in Finance from University of Illinois, graduating with highest honors and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he was designated a Palmer Scholar.
